too, as home improvement, other cars, and gf (now ex) have been my main hobbies. The car is patiently waiting some attention. I look at it this way....the car is paid for, I know exactly what it has and is, so why not invest a bit into it? I am not looking for a super high hp z, but one that will run with the big dogs, reliably. I have considered selling it, but where can you afford such a sexy gt car, these days? The supras are overpriced, the 350z is girly, and everything else is either a hopped up eco sedan (Evo, STI) or way overpriced (M3, C5 or C6, etc). I love my z, and will get it running the way its supposed to. Good luck on your build, and we will meet at one of the NWZ events, eventually..... :last weekend since Nov 2002. The dust was so high, the car looked sliver,,lol. It just got put on the back burner so bad and it's finally coming back into play.
:Turbo's I'm doing are GT30R's. I'm working with Sparkie on this and going to be working with Devin over in Japan for the manifolds. So when all said and done on paper ( and we all know how that goes ) 850rwhp turbos alone is where it should ( key word again ).
